Red Roof Inn & Suites Cave City

We stayed here last night. We had a long drive and didn't have a reservation since we were not sure how far we would get. In addition we had 2 dogs with us. This stay pleasantly surprised me how good it was from check in to check out. The man who checked us in was so welcoming and kind. The room had no carpet which I prefer for myself but also with dogs, i always worry about them getting fleas or gross stuff on their feet. The room was super clean and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were so impressed. Exactly what we were looking for and so much better than expected given how inexpensive it was (under $100 with taxes) I highly recommend! Would stay again 100% without hesitation. Thank you for the wonderful welcome after a long day. Customer service isn't what it used to be and you made a big difference in your warmness and helpfulness.

I’ve stayed at this Red Roof Inn location multiple times over the past several years, and I can confidently say the owners truly care about guest experience. They take pride in maintaining the property and have consistently made improvements to both the rooms and the exterior. Each stay has been comfortable, and it’s clear that upkeep and amenities are a priority here. If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend this location.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in recently. The room was very clean and nice. Everything worked well. The A/C unit was quiet. Location was great. Front desk check in was smooth and host was polite and helpful. No breakfast but plenty of nearby options, so no problem. Would definitely stay here again!

What a gem of a place to find when we needed a halfway spot on our last minute trip. I did not believe the rating of over 8/10 (on hotels.com) because of how low the price was that they charged. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that that rating was completely justified. Looks like the owners have recently put a lot of time and thought into upgrades on the rooms, and the renovations are very nicely done. Furthermore, it was so clean that I surprised myself--realized that I had been walking barefoot on the (very nice vinyl plank) floors and had not even stopped to worry about doing so. Front desk personnel we're also helpful and responsive. I particularly appreciated their patience and responsiveness when we arrived very late. We have stayed several times now as we have traveled back and forth, helping an elderly family member in another state. Thanks for being a great place to spend the night, especially repeatedly on short notice!

Stayed on the ground floor. It wasnt perfect & modern but for the price you pay - sheets & linens were clean, beds slept great & the front office was kind. If you expect the Hilton, go stay there. Effort is made to keep this place clean. 5 stars.

Best Red Roof Inn, that we have ever stayed at. Service is great. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. In the last year, we probably have stayed here on our trips up north about five times. Any trip that takes us on this route it’s a no given, that we will stay at the Cave city red roof Inn. I make this recommendation as someone who’s stayed at some pretty lousy places. This is not one of them. I highly recommend you make your stay here and if you like Mexican food, just go down the road a little bit. Very Kind people run this hotel. If I could give it above a five star rating, I would!

We used the “Brin Fido AP” It was a quick pleasant experience at an older property. The host at the front desk was excellent and very kind. The room suited our needs. Our Boston Terrier was happy too. The room was very clean and bed linens were clean and comfortable. They provided a small table and two chairs to eat at. Wendy’s was conveniently located across the street.

Our stay was very nice from the moment we checked in! The staff was pleasant and helpful, our room was very spacious and clean! You could smell the cleanliness in the room and even when you climbed into bed, the linens smelled clean and fresh! We definitely would stay again.
